All four TEGA partners met at the first Transnational Project Meeting between 1st and 4th of December 2020 to discuss key elements of the strategic planning of the project.

Overall five Transnational Project Meetings involving all the partners were planned to organised and hosted by partners in the respective countries. The first and the last one were sheduled to take place in London hosted by LSBU. However, due to the travel restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the first meeting took place online.

As a part of the first Transnational Project Meeting, partners discussed and planned the activities related to Intellectual Output 1 - the Best Practices Report, as it is the first stage of the delivery of TEGA project. The discussion was led by Vilnius University.

The other main topics of discussion were: the Project Plan the Communication and Dissemination Strategy and Plan, the Project Website and marketing material and the establishment of the main project management tools and processes.
